Obituary
Delbert Anderson Dies Friday
Delbert Anderson of Los Angeles died Friday. Funeral services will be held at Vertin’s-Wahpeton Chapel at a time to be set. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery.
Mr. Anderson was born June 6, 1920 at Wishek, the son of Ernest and Deanna Anderson. He was baptized at Wishek and was confirmed in Immanuel Lutheran Church at Hankinson. He attended elementary school at Hankinson and graduated from Fergus Falls High School. He worked as a postal clerk in Seattle, Wash. for a time before moving to Los Angeles where he was employed by a floral shop.
He is survived by four sisters and five brothers, Mrs. Elroy (Adeline) Mohs of Wahpeton, Arnold Anderson of Eugene, Ore., Willard Anderson of Jackson, Mich., Ms. Walter (Dorothy) Kaltenhauser of St. Paul, Milton, Dale and Mrs. Roger (Joyce) Musser, all of Seattle, Mrs. Stanley (Evelyn) Wrona of Minneapolis, Marland Anderson of Oklahoma; four uncles and one aunt.
