Obituary
Harding Barringer Rites Saturday
Funeral services for Harding Barringer, who died Wednesday at St. Francis Hospital, will be held Saturday at 2 p.m., from Jos. Vertin & Sons Chapel in that Breckenridge and interment will be in Fairview Cemetery west of Wahpeton. Rev. F. W. Hill will officiate at the last rites.
Harding Barringer was born June 21, 1869, in Somersham, England and was married in 1896 to Emma Engler at Ely, England. They came to the United States in 1899 and settled at Dell Rapids, S.D. where they lived 13 years and then returned to England. They came back to this county in 1912 and settled in Meadows Township Wilkin County, where they lived 15 years. For the past 17 years, they have lived at Puposky, Minn.
Surviving are his wife, one son, Percy W. Barringer, of Breckenridge, two grandchildren; one brother, George Barringer of Rothsay, Minn., and one sister Mrs. George Graves, of Del Rapids, S. Dak.
Mr. Barringer had been in ill health the past year.
