Isabelle Woldy was born in La Crosse county, Wisconsin, January 1, 1858. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henrick Woldy, both having passed away some time ago. In the year of 1870 Isabelle Woldy came to Goodhue county, Minnesota, where she grew to young womanhood. In the year of 1882, she was united in marriage to L. L. Brusletten. It was the privilege of Mr. and Mrs. Brusletten to enjoy almost a half century of happiness together. Only two years more together and they would have had the occasion to observe their golden wedding anniversary.
After their marriage Mr. and Mrs. Brusletten reared two children, educated them and brought them up to be a splendid man and woman. They are Miss Inga Holte, now widow of Carl Magnussen and who lives at Kalispell, Mont., and Edwin Saxhaug of Peterburg, N.D. Both will come for the funeral services.

Wody, of Edmore, N.D.; and a half brother, William Woldy of Rothsay; one sister, Mr. Erick Lien, of Edinburg, N.D., and three half sisters, Mrs. Karina Sem and Mrs. Mary Berger of Minor and Mrs. Ida Johnson of Breckenridge.
Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon from the Norwegian Lutheran Church. The hour has been set at two o’clock. Rev. J. C. Wisnaes, church pastor, will officiate. Interment will be made in Fairview Cemetery.
Mrs. Brusletten had been a member of the Nowegian Lutheran church all of her life. She had always been very active in church work and was devoted to her religion.
