Obituary
Funeral Held Here Today for Elmer Bullock
Funeral services for Elmer Bullock, one time Wahpeton resident, were conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Vertin Funeral home here with Rev. B. B. Curtis conducting the service. Mr. Bullock passed away at Minot, August 23. Mrs. S. C. Lucas was soloist and Miss Linda Curtis organist. Pallbearers were Milton Sletten, Oscar Dahlgren, Chas. Sturdevant, H. H. Rustad, A. C. Smith and J. J. Hinds.
Elmer Bulllock was born May 20, 1886, in Ortonville, Minn., and Married Florence Trebil, October 19, 1910 at Ortonville. The family moved to Wahpeton in 1912 and lived here until 18 years ago when they moved to Minot.
Mr. Bullock was with the Great Northern railroad with the signal department.
He is survived by his wife two sons, Harold of National City, Calif., and Ralph, of San Diego, Calif., a daughter Mrs. Roy Schei (Gladys) of Garrison, N.D., and eight grandchildren. He is also survived five brothers, Bert of Browns Valley, Minn., Al of Minneapolis, Harry of Sioux City, Ia., Arthur of Park Rapids, Minn. and Roy of Burnette, Texas.
Burial was in Fairview Cemetery, Wahpeton.
