Obituary
Mrs. Earl Dosch, 39, Dies; Rites Set for Friday Morning
Mrs. Earl (Tillie) Dosch 39, wife of the Richland County Sheriff, of Wahpeton died at St. Francis Hospital in Breckenridge early Wednesday morning.
Requiem Mass will be held at 10:30 Friday morning at St. John’s Catholic Church with the Rev. George Mehok celebrant. Interment will be in the Christus Gardens at Wahpeton.
Visitation will be Thursday afternoon and evening at Vertin’s-Wahpeton Funeral Home. The Christian Mothers will recite a Rosary at 3 p.m. and there will be a Bible Vigil service at 8 p.m. Thursday at Vertin’s-Wahpeton Chapel.
Mathilda Peterschick was born Nov. 3, 1927 at Mantador, N.D., the daughter of Joseph and Magdalen Peterschick. She was raised in the Hankinson area and attended schools there. She was a graduate of St. Francis Academy at Hankinson.
She married Earl Dosch May 18, 1950 at Hankinson. The couple lived at Wahpeton and in October, 1950 moved to Lisbon returning to Wahpeton in 1955 where they had sine resided. She was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church, Christian mothers and the Wahpeton American Legion Auxiliary.
Surviving are her husband; five children, Paula, Gayle, Calvin, Robin and Tana, all at home; and nine brothers and sisters, Mrs. Joseph (Ann) Tomayer and Edward Peterschick of Galata, Mont., Joseph Peterschick and Mrs. Rudy (Willetta) Bommersbach of Wahpeton, Mrs. Harold (Alice) Stein and Mrs. Kenneth (Lois) Medenwaldt of Hankinson, Mrs. Harlan (Mary Ann) Michels of Milnor, Jerome Peterschick of Chinook, Mont., and Mrs. Arthur (Magdalen) Tomlinson of Minneapolis.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
