Obituary
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Vertin funeral chapel in this city for Mrs. Bertha Hileman, aged 63, who died Wednesday at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Portland.
The body was brought to Wahpeton Sunday by her daughter, Mrs. Harold Fleckenstein, of Breckenridge, who had been called west by her mother's illness. Mrs. Hileman's death followed ten days of hospitalization due to pneumonia. She had gone west to visit and was taken ill on the train.
A former Wahpeton resident, Mrs. Hileman, nee Bertha Marsh, was a sister of the late Ross Marsh of this city. She was born in Deerfield, Ohio, May 28, 1880.
She leaves four daughters and three sons, all of the latter in the armed service. Three of her daughters reside in Milwaukee, Wis., and Mrs. Hileman had made her home there for many years.
Interment will be in the Marsh family lot in Fairview Cemetery were a son also lies.
