Obituary

Thelma Katherine Jost, 22, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Jost, Center township, passed away very suddenly at their farm home Saturday afternoon, cause of death being unknown.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m., from the First Congregational church of which she was a member, Dr. S G Schick officiating. The body will be in state at the Vertin Funeral Home in Wahpeton until time of the services.

Thelma K. Jost was born June, 1929, at the farm home in Center. She attended school in Center No. 5 and later attended Wahpeton high school, graduating with the class of 1947. She then attended the State School of Science, taking a stenographic course, and was graduated from there in 1949. For the past two and a half years she has been employed in the office of the county judge of Richland county.

She leaves to mourn her loss three brothers, LeRoy, Donald and Ralph, all of Wahpeton, and two sisters, Mrs. D. L. (Florence) Stephens, of Silver Springs, Md., and Mrs. Francis C. (Verbena) rinder of Indian Head, Md., and two nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Milton, Delwood and Armand Brand, Frank and Arnie Domm and Raymond Ward.

Interment will be in the family lot in Fairview cemetery beside her mother who died last month.
