Obituary

Many Attend Last Rites for Mrs. Jos. Kluck

Funeral services were held in the Schmidt & Poulton Funeral Home on Wednesday at 2:00 for Mrs. Joseph Kluck. Mrs. Kluck died suddenly at her home on Saturday afternoon.

Rev. Floyd Dietz of Nortonville Kan., officiated at the last rites. Interment was made in the Fairview Cemetery. Bessie Austin was born Oct. 17, 1894 in Keystone, Neb. Her parents moved to Minnesota where she grew to womanhood. She was united in marriage to Joseph Kluck, April 10, 1912. They moved to Wahpeton vicinity in 1925 and have lived there since that time. Surviving are her husband, five sons; Everett of Doran, Minn., Cyril of Minot; Wallace of Rothsay, Minn., Stanley of Minot; Philip of Yuma, Ariz., and four daughters, Mrs. Ray (Ellen) Ellingson of Doran, Minn., Mrs. George (violet) Edwards of Yuma, Ariz., Mrs. Wilbur (Bernice) Hanson of Lidgerwood; and Mrs. John (Jeanette) Schritz, Rothsay, Minn.

Forty-three grandchildren, two brothers, Cyrus Austin of Glyndon, Minn., and Emil Austin of Superior, Wis., also survive. One sister, Mrs. H.O. (Tillie) Holland of Barnesville, Minn., one daughter and sister preceded her in death.

All children, brothers and sisters were present.
