William Larson Rites Wednesday At Tabernacle

William E. Larson, 59, who died Sunday at St. Francis hospital will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery after funeral rites at the Gospel Tabernacle in Breckenridge, Wednesday at two o’clock. The body will be in state at the Schmitt & Poulton funeral home Tuesday afternoon and evening. William Larson was born February 27, 1899, son of Thomas Mathilda Larson, in Richland county. When he was two years old, his parents moved to Tyler, where they lived until he was 20 when they moved to Dwight. He was united in marriage to Bertha Beving and they farmed in Campbell, Doran and Breckenridge vicinity.

To them were born a daughter, LaVonne. Mrs. Nimrod Anderson, of Verndale, Minn,; sons, Willis of Minneapolis. Clifford who is a missionary to Uraguay, South America and James, Gringla, Minn. There are eight grandchildren.

Since his retirement from active farming in 1956, the family has resided in Wahpeton. Taken suddenly ill, he had been in the hospital only three days before his death occurred Sunday.

Mr. Olson was active in the Gospel Tabernacle and funeral services will be conducted there by the pastor, Rev. Percy Johnson.
