Obituary
Mrs. F. Lindenberg, 81, Services To Be Tuesday
Mrs. Frank (Dorothy) Lindenberg, 81, of Wahpeton, died Saturday at St. Francis Hospital.
Rev. Frank Hirons will conduct services Tuesday at 10 a.m. from Vertin’s Wahpeton Chapel. Interment will be in Fairview memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Lindenberg was born Dec. 22, 1883, in Minneapolis. When she was 8 years old, the family moved to Minot. Five years later the family moved to Spokane Wash., where she married Frank Lindenberg on Sept 18, 1901.
Mr. Lindenberg was employed by the Great Northern Railroad and they lived in several cities including Grand Forks in 1920. They came to Wahpeton in 1931. She was a member of Rebekah Lodge, United Church of Christ (Congregational) and the Plymouth Circle.
Surviving are a son, Norman of Wahpeton; three daughters, Mrs. Carl (Frances) Schiltz, Mitchell, S. D.; Mrs. Myron (Ruth) Moore, Minneapolis; and Mrs. Harold (Mildred) Bandeli of Kansas City, Mo.; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Walter (Mildred) Burkhardt and Miss Gertrude Vordell, both of Portland, Ore.
Pallbearers will be James Scheer, Garfield Youngquist, Dale McMichael, Irvin Kent, Calmer Carlson, Harry Murray, Martin Voves and Dr. H. H. Pfister.
Vertin’s Wahpeton are in charge of arrangements.
