Mrs. Dale McMichael Rites Held Here Sunday Afternoon
Funeral services for Mrs. Dale R. (Harriet) McMichael, 49, who died at her lake home at Munson Lake near Detroit Lake, Minn., Thursday, were held Sunday in Trinity Episcopal Church here, Rev. Harold Jones officiated.
Mrs. McMichael was the wife of a well-known Wahpeton attorney.
Born May 9, 1916 at Buffalo, N.D., Harriet Raveling had graduated from Valley City State College. She had taught school at Ayr and Ashley, N.D.
She was married June 21, 1941 in Washington, D. C. to Dale McMichael. The made their home here since World War II.
She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, the church guild, and the Order of Eastern Star. She also taught Sunday school.
Surviving are her husband, one son, Anthony, with the U. S. Army in Germany; and three daughters, Margaret in Fargo, Sarah and Kay in Wahpeton.
Also surviving are three brothers and one sister, Elwood Raveling Minneapolis; Ralph, Chicago, Phillip, Windsor, Va.; and Mrs. Harold (Margaret) Siewardsen, Ralston, Neb.
