Obituary
Mrs. C. W. Moore, Tenney Dies; Rites Tuesday
Mrs. C. W. Moore, wife of the pastor of Tenney-Taylor Evangelical United Brethren church died Friday at a local hospital. She became ill with a cerebral hemorrhage and was hospitalized shortly before. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. from First E. U. B. church, Wahpeton, Rev. A. G. Martin officiating. Interment will be at Fairview cemetery.
Ida E. Moore was born March 1, 1896 at Jefferson, Clinton county, Indiana.
She was married to Charles W. Moore June 6, 1926, at Frankfort, Ind., and they lived there until 1947 when they came to Eyota, Minn.
They later lived at Grey Eagle Bellingham and Lamberton, Minn., where Rev. Moore served churches before accepting a call to Tenney June 1 of this year.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Moore is survived by a son, Phil E. Moore, Grand Island, N.Y., a daughter, Mrs. Rodney (Joyce) Fierabend, Seattle, Wash., and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Vertin’s-Wahpeton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Albert Raguse, Leonard Hardie, Wilbur Ready, Willard Wahl, Eugene Smith and Walter Oscarson.
