Obituary

Edwar H. Mueller

Edward H. Mueller, 68, rural Wahpeton, died Tuesday at his farm home near Dwight. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, Great Bend. The Rev. Raymond P. Albrecht will officiate.

Trinity Choir will sing congregational hymns with Mrs. Herbert Weiss, Great Bend, organist. Interment will be at Fairview Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday afternoon and evening at Vertin's Wahpeton Funeral Home with a prayer service at 8 p.m. and Friday until 11 a.m.

Active casket bearers will be Gene Woeful, Darrell Stoltenow, Marlen Swenson, Ray Ward and Herman and Adolph Mueller.

Mr. Muehler was born April 10, 1907 in Brandenburg Township near Great Bend to Henry and Anna Laboda Mueller. He attended local schools and moved to rural Mooreton at the age of 12. In 1941 he and his brother, Rich, bought the farm near Dwight.

He was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran.

Survivors include his brothers, Herman of Breckenridge, Richard, Arthur, Alvin, Ewald, rural Wahpeton and a sister, Mrs. Orville (Luella) Wefel, Wahpeton. He was preceded in death by his parents.
