Mrs. Olaf B. Olson Dies Here Friday
Funeral Services for Lifelong Resident of County To Be Conducted from Im. Lutheran Church
Mrs. Olaf B. Olson, a lifelong resident of Richland county, died at the Wahpeton hospital Friday evening. Funeral services are to be conducted Tuesday afternoon from the Immanuel Lutheran church with Rev. R. J. Becker officiating.
Mrs. Olson, the former Bertha Emma Marks, was born July 28, 1897, at Mantador and a few years later moved with her parents to Great Bend. She grew up there. She was united in marriage to Olaf B. Olson and in this union two children were born, both of whom precede their mother in death. She is survived by her husband, father, William Marks, two sisters, Mrs. Henry Boelke and Mrs. William Eckes, and brother, Robert Marks, all of Wahpeton.
