Obituary
Anetta Elsie Otto, 87, Route 3, Wahpeton, died Tuesday, May 6, 1986, at St. Francis Medical Center, Breckenridge. The funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Wahpeton, with the Rev. Ernest Bartels officiating.
Visitation will be this afternoon and evening (Thursday) with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at Vertin's Wahpeton Funeral Chapel. There will also be visitation Friday until 11 at the funeral home and at the church one hour prior to the service.
She was born July 7, 1898, to Carl and Elizabeth (Warmth) Otto in Center Township. She was raised and attended rural schools there. In 1950 the family moved to a farm near Wahpeton. She and her brothers and sisters farmed together on the home farm.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Wahpeton.
Surviving are one brother and one sister, Ernest and Adela Otto, both rural Wahpeton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and five sisters and an infant brother.
Casketbearers will be Robert Deede, Willard Onchuck, Carl Glander, Delmer Hoefs, Gerald Dick, and Phil Glander.
