Obituary
Harriett Otto
Services for Harriett A. Otto, 89, of rural Wahpeton will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Wahpeton, with Rev. Bruce Holstein and Rev. Edward J. Rutter officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery.
Miss Otto died Tuesday morning at St. Francis Hospital.
Visitation will be Thursday afternoon and evening at Vertin's Wahpeton Funeral Home with a prayer service at 3 p.m. There will also be visitation one hour prior to services at the church.
Casket bearers will be Harry Dichraff, Orvel Holthusen, Gerald Dick, Richard Dickerson, Mike Stubstad, and Carl Glander.
Harriett A. Otto was born Aug. 7, 1887 on a farm near Wahpeton to Carl and Eliza (Wasmuth) Otto. She attended school in Center Township and also attended the North Dakota State School of Science.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Survivors are four sisters, Adelia, Frances, Arretta, and Elfreda Otto, all of Wahpeton and a brother, Ernest, also of Wahpeton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and two sisters.
