MRS. O. A PETERSON IS BURIED HERE SUNDAY Was Mother of Mrs. Earl Bute of Wahpeton; Death Occurred in Minneapolis
Mrs. Susie Peterson, wife of O. A. Peterson of Fargo died in Minneapolis Thursday, where she had gone for treatment. The remains were brought to
Wahpeton Saturday morning, and the funeral was held Sunday afternoon at 2:30, with services at the Schmitt and Olson chapel. Ms. W. A. Farnsworth hand Mrs. Mabel Stevenson, readers of the Wahpeton First Church of Christ, Scientist, conducted the services. Many relatives from out of town were present at the services. Mrs. Peterson was 50 years old at the time of her death. The family was formerly of Fertile, Minnesota. Mrs. Earl Bute and Miss Mildred Peterson, Frankfort, S. D., are the only surviving children. Sisters and brothers at the funeral are: Mrs. Willard Powers, Mitchell, S. D.; Mr. Geo. Rose, Pollock, S. D.; Mr. Robt. Rose, Pallock, S. D.; and Mrs. L.D. Powers, Belle Center, Ohio, was unable to come. Other relatives who were here are: Mrs. Henry Bloom, Pollock, S. D.; Mr. and Mrs. Pharos Hinds, Britton, S. D.; Mr. and Mrs. N. G. Lillevold, Fargo, N. D.; Mr. and Mrs. J. Tritchler, Moorhead, Minn.
