Obituary
Sherman E. Page
Sherman E. Page, 75, Wahpeton, died Monday at St. Francis Hospital. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Vertin's Wahpeton Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Robert Olson will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Memorial Gardens, Wahpeton. Visitation will be Tuesday afternoon and evening and until the time of the service Wednesday at the chapel.
Casket bearers will be Robert Woodbury, George Lawrence, Elmer Laundreaux, Earl Wold, Allen Osmundson and Robert Doleshy.
He was born June 15, 1904 at Laramie, Wyo., the son of Bert and Sara (Lewis) Page. He was raised in Wyoming, then moved to Breckenridge where he operated the Lunch Box Cafe. He married Jean Paulson Dec. 6, 1960. They lived in Wahpeton, operating the cafe together until their retirement in 1967.
He is survived by his wife and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and five sisters.
