Obituary
Mrs. Peterson
WAHPETON, N.D. - The funeral for Mrs. Martin (Lena) Peterson, 92, was held Tuesday in Vertin's-Wahpeton Chapel with the Rev. R. A. Olson officiating. Mrs. Horace Lahren was the organist and Mrs. Robert Williams was the soloist. Interment will be in Fairview Memorial Gardens. She died Friday at Fargo.
Lena Hysjulien was born Sept. 29, 1880, at Fergus Falls and was married July 14, 1903. The couple lived at Wahpeton where her husband was a carpenter and a mail messenger. He died in 1962.
She is survived by five sons, Clifford of Boulder, Colo., Rueben of Bismarck, Vernon of Fargo, Glenn of Wahpeton, Earl of Minneapolis; two brothers, Albert and Melvin Hysjulien, both of Fergus Falls; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
