Obituary
Henry Schoeneck
The funeral for Henry A. Schoeneck, 66, of Minneapolis and formerly of Wahpeton will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Wahpeton, with Rev. Edward J. Rutter officiating.
Mr. Schoeneck died Tuesday at his home in Minneapolis.
Visitation will be from 9:30 - 11 a.m. Friday at Vertin's Wahpeton Funeral Home chapel and one hour prior to services at the church.
Henry A. Schoeneck was born Mar. 9, 1909 at Wahpeton to Ernest J. and Alvina E. (Schroeder) Schoeneck. He attended local schools and farmed with his father in Summit Township, rural Wahpeton. He worked for 15 years for the B&W Dairy in Breckenridge. He moved to Minneapolis in 1967 where he worked until his retirement three years ago.
Survivors are three sisters, Mrs. Nora Johnson of Minneapolis, Mrs. Adolph (Ella) Novotny of Breckenridge, and Mrs. Orris (Corrine) Morken of Walcott; and six brothers, Robert of Minneapolis, Rudolph, William, Alvin, and Ernest of Wahpeton and August of Wallingford, Conn.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Edwin.
