Henriette Schoeneck-1909
Mrs. Henriette Schoenek, wife of Mr. August Schoenek, died at her home in the city the 5th of October and was buried October 9th. Although it was raining hard on that day, quite a number of people attended the funeral services, which were held in the German Lutheran church north of the court house, Rev. H. Hafner officiating. The Schoenek family belongs to the old settlers of this county. Her husband, Mr. August Schoeneck, 8 children, 45 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren mourn at her grave.
