Martha Sedler
Funeral services for Martha Anna Sedler, 77, of Wahpeton will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Bethel Lutheran Church, Wahpeton, with Rev. Marvin Hartmann officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
She died Tuesday at St. Francis Hospital.
Vocalist for the service will be Lyle Jacobson and organist will be Mrs. Horace Lahren.
Casket bearers are David Tolo, Kenneth Lee, Carl Glander, Jr., Vernon Frank, Lorney Pavek, and Milton Sedler.
Visitation is Wednesday afternoon and evening and Thursday until 11 a.m. at Vertin's Wahpeton, and at the church one hour prior to services.
Martha Sedler was born Nov. 4, 1896, at Wahpeton to William Sr. and Emelia (Otto) Sedler. She attended local schools and in 1939 she moved into town. She worked as a custodian at Wahpeton National Bank.
Survivors are a sister Olga (Mrs. Ben) Witte, Wahpeton, and three nieces, Margaret (Mrs. John) Peterson, Rothsay, Adaline (Mrs. Alvin) Hartmann, Hutchinson, Kan., and Bonnie (Mrs. Gerald) Dick, Lisbon. She was preceded by five brothers.
