Obituary
Mrs. W. Shebeck Dies Monday
Mrs. Wenzel (Albina Mary) Shebeck, 625 Wisconsin Ave., Breckenridge, died Monday at her home. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Joseph Vertin and Sons Funeral Home in Breckenridge with the Rev. Royal Steiner officiating. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery in Wahpeton.
Visitation will begin at 10 Thursday and continue throughout the day and evening and Friday until time of services at the Joseph Vertin and Sons Funeral Home.
Mrs. Shebeck was born Feb. 8, 1882, at Wahpeton. She grew up on her parents farm in Center Township, Richland County. She married Wenzel Shebeck in 1905 at Wahpeton. After their marriage, the couple farmed in Center Township. Mrs. Shebeck continued to live on the farm until 1951 when she moved to Breckenridge where she lived since.
She is survived by three sons, Edward of Breckenridge, Clarence of Lignite, N. D., and Adolph of Wahpeton; one brother, John Mikesh of Lincoln, Nebr., two sisters, Mrs. Henry (Elizabeth) Tryba of Wahpeton and Miss Tillie Mikesh of Breckenridge; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren; three step grandchildren and 10 step great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; one son in infancy; four brothers, Wenzel, Joseph, Frank and Henry Mikesh; and one sister, Mrs. Annie Dolezal.
