Obituary

Oscar Sjoquist from Fargo,, Miss Almida Sjoquish and John Sjouist from Willmar, Minn., were among those from out of town that were here to attend the funeral of Carlton Sjoquish, which was held on Friday.

Mrs. Adolph Stenberg from Walcott was here to visit her family and to attend the funeral of little Carlton Sjoquist.

August Sjoquish went to St. Paul on Thursday evening to see little Carlton and when he came there decided to stay until there was a change and on Monday forenoon little Carlton passed over the river and was relieved of all the suffering that he had to endure these last few weeks of his illness. His mother had been with him all the time so that his father and mother were both permitted to be with him at the last.

This was their only boy, having 2 girls and his death removes one who was their hope for a useful and one that should give them joy in after years, but such was not the will of Him who rules all things for the best. The community extends their heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved parents and the family, and let us all realize that these changes come from the best for us all. The funeral will be held Friday afternoon.
