Obituary
Carl O. Sundby, Breckenridge passed away at the Veteran’s hospital in Minneapolis on Wednesday morning and the body reached Wahpeton on Thursday. Funeral services probably will be held on Saturday from the Bethel Lutheran church with the Breckenridge Legion post in charge of the services and Reverend Wisnaes officiating.
Carol O. Sundby was born October 13, 1890, at Davenport, N.D., and was married in March, 1920 at Moorhead to Miss Hilda Lahren, Walcott, who survives together with four children, Byron, Helen, Donald and Doris Jean. Three brothers Albert, Ingolf and Henry all of Davenport and two sisters, Mrs. Stella Hagen, Cartwright, N., and Mrs. J. Fournier, Chicago, also survive, Mrs. Martin Olson, Breckenridge, Mr. Sundby’s mother, also survives.
