Mrs. F. Schultz

WAHPETON - Mrs. Floyd (Margaret) Schultz, 71, of Wahpeton died Friday at St. Francis Hospital after an extended illness. She had been a patient at the Wahpeton Rehabilitation Center for several years. The funeral will be at 10:30 Monday in Immanuel Lutheran Church in Wahpeton with the Rev. Edward J. Rutter officiating.

Visitation will be Sunday afternoon and evening with a prayer service at 8 p.m. at Vertin's-Wahpeton Funeral Home.

Margaret Bedeck was born May 5, 1900, at Hankinson, the daughter of Herman and Bertha (Vragge) Budack. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith and attended local schools. She married Floyd Schultz Oct. 24, 1924, at Hankinson. After their marriage, the couple lived on a farm for two years and then moved to Hankinson. In 1942, they moved to Wahpeton where Mr. Schultz was employed by the Richland County Soil Conservation Department and later by the City of Wahpeton. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Marlyn (Carol) Mohs of Washburn, N.D., Mrs. Howard (Bertha Jean) Keel of No. St. Paul, Minn.; two sisters and one brother, Mrs. Howard (Elsie) Ahrens and Mrs. Randolph (Regina) Ahrens, both of Wahpeton, Herbert Budack of Sisseton, S.D.; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
