Obituary
Reuben Sether Dies Friday
Reuben W. Sether, 68, of Wahpeton died Friday morning at a Fargo hospital.
He was born December 4, 1888, at Mooreton, then Dakota Territory. He married Clara Gunness in Duluth, Minn., December 22, 1919.
He was a grain buyer in Barney, Leith and Galchutt and later moved to Fargo.
Besides his wife he leaves a daughter, Mrs. Walter (Carol) Schmeizel, Casper, Wyo.; a son Irvin of Casper, Wyo.; and a brother, Fred, of Pasadena, Calif.
Friends may call at the Ivers Funeral Home in Fargo Monday afternoon and evening. Rev. Gisvold will officiate at the funeral services Tuesday afternoon at Bethel Lutheran church at Wahpeton. Interment will be made at Fairview Memorial gardens, Wahpeton cemetery, Wahpeton, N. D.
Mr. Sether was a member of Bethel Lutheran church of Wahpeton. He was a veteran of World War I, serving overseas and a member of American Legion Post at Galchutt, N.D.
