Clara Tams-1915
The death of Mrs. Clara Jurgenson Tams occurred lastThursday at noon, in St. Francis hospital. Mrs. Tams is a sister of J. N. Jurgenson of this city, and she had made her home with her brother here for the past six years. Death occurred after an almost complete invalidism extending over three years. Mrs. Tams was 56
years of age and had made many friends here since coming to Wahpeton to live. The funeral was held Saturday afternoon at three o’clock, from the home of her brother, J. N. Jurgenson on 5th street. Rev Gumpher of Breckenridge conducting the services. Burial was in Fairview cemetery.
Both Mr. and Mrs. J. N. Jurgenson were out of the city at the time of the death, Mr. Jurgenson being in Bisbee, N. D., visiting his son, E. F. Jurgenson, and he was accompanied home by his daughter-in-law, Mrs. E. F. Jurgenson. Mrs. Jurgenson was in Larimore spending some time with her daughter, Mrs. Carney. Both arrived here in time for the funeral, Mrs. E. F. Jurgenson remained over until this morning, when she left for her home.
