Obituary
Funeral Monday For Wm. Tanck
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon from Immanuel Lutheran church for William Albert Tanck, who died Thursday. Rev. Henry Fry officiated and interment was in Fairview cemetery. The funeral was held on what would have been Mr. Tanck’s 74th birthday. He was born in Wisconsin Dec. 20th, 1874.
He came to Summit township at the age of two with his parents and retired to Wahpeton a year and a half ago.
Surviving is his wife, Mrs. Wilhelminia Tanck, and his sisters, Mrs. Robert Boetcher, of this city and Mrs August Schroeder of Sheboygan Wis.
Pall bearers were Clifford Mohs, Edward Hingst, Theodore Gast, Herbert Boetcher, Herbert Stoltenow and Albert Gast.
