Otto Zuelsdorf
Otto A. Zuelsdort, 84, of Wahpeton died Monday night at St. Francis Home.
Vertin's-Wahpeton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements which are pending.
Mr. Zuelsdorf was born Aug. 20, 1888, at Fergus Falls, the son of Edward and Amelia (Bredow) Zuelsdorf. He was reared at Fergus Falls and Valley City. He graduated from North Dakota State University as a pharmacist. He lived in Carrington and Bismarck for a time before coming to Wahpeton in the 1930s. He worked in Breckenridge for a time and later at the Wahpeton Drug. He served in the Army in World War I. He married Alma Munson June 9, 1941 at Akley, Minn., and the couple at 602 Second Street North, Wahpeton, following their marriage. Mrs. Zuelsdorf died April 29, 1969. Mr. Zuelsdorf resided at the Leach Home prior to moving to St. Francis Home several months ago. He was a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church and the Wahpeton American Legion.
Surviving are a son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Michael J. (Oreon) Hogan, 2223 42nd Ave., San Francisco, Calif.; one grandson, Lawrence King and two step grandsons, Michael and Patrick Hogan, all of San Francisco; and several nieces at Walker and Morris, Minn.
