Obituary
MRS. LARS O. RAFTEVOLD PASSED AWAY SATURDAY Shortly after two o’clock Saturday afternoon Andrew Raftevold, aged 13, ran in the house from his play and found his mother Mrs. Lars O. Raftevold, lying unconscious against the table. Failing to arouse her a doctor was called and pronounced her dead, a victim of heart failure.
Mrs. Rafteveold who was 37 years of age has suffered heart attacks for the past few years but her death came as an unexpected shock to the people of the community. She is survived by her husband, who is employed in the Great Northern yards, three sons, Andrew, Olaf, and Glenn and a daughter, Lillian aged 9.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 p. m. in the Bethel Lutheran church by Rev. W. B. Dahl.
