Christie Reynolds Dies Monday
Christie (Doc) Reynolds, 90, died at the Wahpeton Rehabilitation Center Monday morning (today) where he had resided for several years.
Vertin's-Wahpeton Funeral Home is in chage of arrangements which are pending.
Mr. Reynolds is survived by a daughter, Cora, who resides in Ohio, and a son, J. D. Reynolds, of Clarissa, Minn.
Christie Reynolds Rites Thursday
The funeral for Christie Reynolds, 90, of Wahpeton will be at 11 Thursday in Vertin's-Wahpeton Chapel with the Rev. Stanley Reynolds officiating. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery. Mr Reynolds died Monday. Vertin's-Wahpeton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Reynolds was born at Sparland, Ill., Nov. 20, 1879. He married Lucinda Blackwell in Illinois. He had lived in Colorado before coming to Brushvale, Minn., to farm. He moved to Wahpeton in 1931 and he had been employed as a laborer on farms and also at the Cash Kielb Standard Station in Wahpeton.
He is survived by two sons and two daughters, J. D. Reynolds of Eagle Bend, Minn., Everett of Renton, Wash., Mrs. Cora Schwartz of Shiprock, N. M., Mrs. Lulu O'Donnell of Albuquerque, N. D.; one sister, Mrs. Alice Russell of Peoria, Ill., and six grandchildren.
