Obituary
Funeral Services Set Friday for Albert E. Rosenow
Funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m., from Vertin’s-Wahpeton Chapel for Albert Rosenow, 77, Wahpeton, who died Tuesday at St. Francis hospital, Breckenridge. He had been hospitalized about 10 weeks. Rev. Loyal Golf will be the officiating clergyman. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be all day Friday until time of service.
Albert Ernest Rosenow was born at St. Paul, Minn., Feb. 24, 1885. He later resided at Litchfield, Minn. and at New Richmond, Wisc., before coming to this area about 25 years ago.
He was employed as a farm laborer near Foxhome for a number of years and was employed as a roofer with the Twin City Roofing company for 10 years before retiring two years ago. He had been in ill health the past year.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Joe (Minnie) Running, New Richmond; Mrs. John (Ida) McKenne, Centuria, Wis.; a half-sister, Mrs Arthur (Elsie) Kuske, Osceola, Wis., and one brother, William of New Richmond. Mr. Rosenow had never married.
Honorary pallbearers will be B. J. Williams, Jack Williams, Geo. Schlener, H. G. Walby, Jack Schlener, Al Hausauer and Lynn Comstock.
