Obituary
Joseph Robinson
Joseph Robinson, 89, Breckenridge, died Wednesday at his home. Funeral services were this afternoon (Friday) at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Breckenridge, the Rev. Leo Leisen officiating. Burial was in Fairview Memorial Gardens.
He was born Nov. 20, 1890 to James and Ida (Murphy) Robinson at St. Cloud, Minn. When he was eight, the family moved to St. Paul. He went to work for the railroad in 1908. He married Catherine Wanek Jan. 25, 1939. They lived in Breckenridge, them moved to Willmar and later back to Breckenridge. She died in October, 1978.
He was preceded in death by his wife, a son, a brother and two sisters.
Casket bearers were Robert Cobb, Ed Connelly, Hollis Krier, Donald and Walter Wanek and George Lawrence.
