Obituary
Clara E. Bentzin
Clara E. Bentzin, 89, Fergus Falls, formerly of Wahpeton, died Wednesday, Jan. 13 at Lake Region Hospital, Fergus Falls. The funeral will be at 11 Saturday at the Federated Church, Fergus Falls with Rev. Bill Sebring officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Wahpeton.
There will be visitation at the church for the hour prior to the service.
She was born Dec. 26, 1892 in Superior, Wis., to Rudolph and Emma (Beese) Bentzin. She lived in Everett, Wash.; Havre, Mont., and Wahpeton, but most of her life in Willmar, Minn. She had been a timekeeper with the Great Northern Railroad for over 30 years.
She came to Fergus Falls about seven year ago and was a member of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. L.H. (Viola) Dominick, Fergus Falls and four nieces.
