The funeral for Armella B. Dahm, 65, Wahpeton, N.D., will be at 10:30 Monday in St. John's Catholic Church, Wahpeton. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 today, with a prayer service at 7, and 8:30 to 9:30 Monday in Vertin-Munson Funeral Home, Wahpeton. She died Friday, July 24, 1992.
Armella Heitkamp, known as Jackie, was born April 11, 1927, in Mantador, N.D., where she grew up and attended school. She moved in 1943 to Wahpeton, where she worked as a waitress at the Wahpeton Hotel-Cafe. She married Clifford Dahm Oct. 21, 1945, in Camp Bowie, Texas. They were self-employed for many years. She worked for the Daily News, Wahpeton, for 11 years and most recently for Red River Human Services, Wahpeton, for six years.
She is survived by her husband; five sons, Clifford, Marshall, Minn., Bob, Jordan, Minn., Ron, Brookings, S.D., Jeff, Wahpeton, and Mark, Sioux Falls, S.D.; three daughters, Pat (Mrs. Steve) Clobes, Fairfax, Minn., Cindy (Mrs. Joe) Barth and Mary (Mrs. Doug) Timmer, both Sioux Falls; two sisters, Lorraine (Mrs. Fred) Luebke, Wahpeton, and JoEllen (Mrs. Al) Puetz, Mantador; 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
