Janet A. Oren
Janet A. Oren, 35, Wahpeton, died Saturday, April 17 at a Fargo hospital. The funeral will be at 2 Tuesday at the Newman Center, Wahpeton, Rev. Martin Cullen officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be this afternoon (Monday) and evening and Tuesday until 1:30 at Vertin's-Wahpeton Funeral Home Chapel. There will be a Bible vigil at 8 p.m. today at the chapel.
Janet Ann Reilley was born Dec. 20, 1946 at Colby, Kan., to Glenn and Verna (White) Reilley. She was raised at Colby. She married Jerry D. Oren Feb. 13, 1965 at Colby. They lived at Fremont, Ohio. She was employed in a factory which made disc brakes. In 1976 they moved to Wahpeton. She was employed at the Globe-Gazette Gift Store. She had spent the last two weeks as a patient at St. Luke's Hospital, Fargo.
She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church, Wahpeton.
Survivors include her husband, twin sons, Mark and Steven, at home; Bruce, at home; her parents, Colby; four sisters and three brothers; Mrs. Charles (Judy) Pratt, Oakley, Kan.; Mrs. Steve (Paulette) Duden, Mrs. Keith (Maureen) Downing, and Pamela Reilley, all of Colby; Staff Sergeant Kevin Reilley and Kent Reilley, Manhattan, Kan.; and Kelly Reilley, Colby.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
Casket bearers will be Richard Richter, Richard Leinen, Gary Reifschneider, Jack Willson, Myron Ehlert, Glenn Rietz and Christian Haugen.
