Obituary
Clarence Seibel
Clarence Seizable, 71, Wahpeton, died Monday (today) at St. Francis Hospital, Breckenridge. The funeral will be Wednesday, Sept. 15, at 1 at United Church of Christ, Wahpeton with the Rev. Stephen Hanning officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Memorial Gardens, Wahpeton.
Visitation will start at 2 p.m. Tuesday and continue through the evening with a prayer service at 8 p.m. at Joseph Vertin & Sons Funeral Home, Breckenridge, and Wednesday at the church one hour prior to the service.
He was born Feb. 15, 1911, to George and Elizabeth Seibel in Wells County, N.D. He grew up and attended local schools there and later farmed. He married Beulah Ankrum Sept. 22, 1932, at Fessenden, N.D. They lived at the Bowden-Heaton area where they farmed. In 1964 they moved to Wahpeton. He has been a distributor of Amway since 1975.
Survivors are his wife; one son, Larry, Fergus Falls; three daughters, Mrs. Bill (Vauna) Schaubert, Bowden, Mrs. Bob (Keithel) Schaubert, Fargo, and Mrs. Bill (Regina) Timmerman, Arthur, N.D.; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Ella Busch, Napa, Calif.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
