Obituary
Constance Mae Weber was born January 10, 1939, at Wahpeton, ND, the daughter of Hilman and Martha (Eckhardt) Halstenson. She grew up and attended Wahepton schools, graduating from Wahpeton High School in 1957. She worked at St. Francis Medical Center, Breckenridge, MN, where she received her Medical Lab training. Connie was united in marriage to Roman Weber on January 5, 1959, at St. John's Catholic Church, Wahpeton. The couple lived in Breckenridge and Mooreton, ND, before moving to Rutland, ND in 1967. After her children were grown, she worked for the Lidgerwood Clinic. The couple moved to Wahpeton in 1989, where Connie worked for Dakota Clinic in Wahpeton, until retiring in 2004.
Connie was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church, Wahpeton. She enjoyed cross-stitching, making many items for family and friends. Her special haven was spending time at Blanche Lake, MN with her children, grandchildren, and friends.
Connie is survived by her husband, Roman Weber, Wahpeton; her son, Mark (Vicki) Weber, Rutland, ND; her daughter, Beth Brandon, Fargo, ND; five grandchildren, Anna Weber, Fargo, Ryan and Adam Weber, both Rutland, ND, Betsy Brandon and Abby Brandon, both Fargo; one brother, and five sisters, Muriel (Gordon) Johnson, Mooreton, ND, Rodney (Fran) Huberty, Union, Washington, Beverly (Glenn) Wateland, Breckenridge, MN, Janet (Sherman) Johnson, Hazen, ND, Cheryl (John) Lee, Colfax, ND, Pamela (Bill) Braun, Wahpeton; two sisters-in-law, Judy (Mark) Underberg, Breckenridge, Renee (Joe) Speidel, Wahpeton; and many nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Gary and Jim Halstenson; a nephew, Bradley Halstenson.
