Obituary
VISTA – Ruth Marjorie Forbes, 91, died Saturday, August 4, 2007,in Vista.
Born Oct. 2, 1915, in Fergus Falls, Minn., she lived in Vistafor 31 years. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the SanMarcos Lutheran Church and a member of the Vista Library Board.
Mrs. Forbes was preceded in death by her husband Vernon Forbes,in 1990. She is survived by her daughter Cathy Parisi of Oceanside;one granddaughter and one great-grandson.
A memorial service is planned for 3 p.m. Monday, August 13, atSan Marcos Lutheran Church, in San Marcos. Pastor Dick Braun willbe officiating. Inurnment will be at Fairview Cemetery in Wahpeton,North Dakota. The family suggests donations to the Alzheimer’s Association,4950 Murphy Canyon Rd., Suite 250, San Diego, CA 92123.
Allen Brothers Mortuary – Vista Chapel, is handling arrangements.
