Irmgard S. Fahsholz
Wahpeton
Irmgard S. Fahsholz, 68, Wahpeton, N.D., died Thursday, March 12, 1992, at Straub Hospital, Honolulu, Hawaii.
There will be a prayer service at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 19, at the Vertin-Munson Wahpeton Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. Ernest Bartels officiating. Burial will in Fairview Memorial Garden, Wahpeton. There will be no visitation.
Irmgard S. Fahsholz was born Feb. 15, 1924, in Uetersen, Germany, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. E.R. Telschow, confirmed in her Christian faith and educated as a registered nurse in Germany. In 1956, she immigrated to the United States and married Elwin Fahsholz June 20, 1956 at the Little Brown Church in the Vale, near Nashua, Iowa. They were engaged in farming 12 miles north of Barney in Nansen Township until 1972 and moved to Wahpeton in 1980. Mr. Fahzholz died in 1982.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Wahpeton. While living in Nansen Township, she belonged to Peace Lutheran Church, Barney. Her activities were in Lutheran Women's Missionary League local, zone and district.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one sister.
