Donald Willis Vigen, 67, of Wahpeton, died Sunday, June 20, 1999, at Dakota Heartland Hospital in Fargo.
Visitation: Today from 5 to 8 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service at the church
Service: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bethel Lutheran Church, Wahpeton
